Rajasthan Royals vs Kolkata Knight Riders (April 23, 2009)
The first draw in the IPL took place in Cape Town when KKR was knocked out by the Rajasthan Royals. Both teams scored 150 runs in their 20 overs, and Rajasthan was the winner. Yusuf Pathan hit 16, against Ajantha Mendis scoring 6, 2, 6, and 4 runs to close the match for the RR.

Chasing 163, Manish Pandey hit six on Hardik Pandya for the last ball of their pass to force ‘Eliminator’ into Super Over. However, Bumrah allowed only eight runs, which the Mumbai Indians chased down with three spared balls.

KKR achieved 163/5 of the 20 overdrafts allotted to it, and SRH also achieved 163/6 in Abu Dhabi. The match was eventually won by KKR as speeder Lockie Ferguson allowed just two runs in Super Over, which was easily chased by Eoin Morgan’s side.

Kings XI Punjab vs Mumbai Indians (October 18, 2020)
October 18 became more exciting as the second match of the day, the Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab, had a similar fate at the Dubai IPL 13. In the first place, MI scored 176/6 and KXIP did the same in the 20 over allotted to it. Then in the first Super Over, both teams scored five runs each, making another Super Over, and Kings XI retained the courage to eventually win the match.
